A paper submitted by the STI Research and Development team has been accepted for an upcoming conference. The ARMMS (Automated RF & Microwave Measurement Society) Conference will be held in Oxford in April.
The paper is titled ‘RF System Design – Supplementing the Design Flow’. Lord Ali, RF Design Engineer, will be presenting the paper. He explained “the paper is based on the design of an RF Transmitter system that we had worked on a few years ago and focuses on our detailed, analytical approach, to ensure as near to ‘first time right’ a design is delivered to our customers. The paper was written to showcase our expertise in the design of RF products and systems”.
The ARMMS Conference is a bi-annual, prestigious event focused on RF (Radio Frequency) engineering and is widely respected throughout the RF industry. The RF industry is of particular importance to the STI Poynton R&D team and the Poynton site in general, as many of the products they design and manufacture there are based around RF technology.
